Dear readers,
The Uganda Martyrs University Alumni Association (UMUAA) is the official body representing former students of Uganda Martyrs University (UMU), a Catholic-affiliated private university founded in 1993. UMUAA gathers over 30,000 alumni across Uganda and around the world to foster lifelong connection, mentorship, and university development.
The UMUAA operates under an elected Executive Committee, which organizes events, supports university infrastructure projects, and promotes alumni engagement. As of January 28, 2023, the association is led by President Alinaitwe Steven, who succeeded Robinson Bernard Magulu in the leadership role.
Together, we remain One UMU — One Family — One Legacy.
