Frequently Asked Questions

You can access your UMU Alumni email by visiting the UMU Alumni Email Login Portal. Use your assigned alumni credentials (username and password) to log in through the university’s secure sign-in system. If you’ve forgotten your login details or haven’t activated your alumni email yet, please contact the UMUAA Secretariat or the university’s ICT Support Team for assistance.

Here’s how to become an official member:

  1. Register Online:
    Visit the official UMUAA website and fill out the Alumni Registration Form with your graduation details, contact information, and current occupation.

  2. Confirm Your Credentials:
    Ensure your graduation status is verified through UMU’s alumni records or transcripts. If needed, the UMUAA Secretariat will guide you through this.

  3. Join a Chapter or Interest Group:
    Connect with alumni in your region or field by joining a local or professional UMUAA chapter.

  4. Stay Engaged:
    Subscribe to the alumni newsletter, follow UMUAA on social media, and participate in events, mentorship programs, or volunteering initiatives.

Uganda Martyrs University (UMU) alumni can request both electronic and hard copy transcripts through the Office of the Academic Registrar.
